Shipping Policy
We pack to order rather than hold stock, so every parcel is filled after your order comes in.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are packed the next working day.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Typical transit is 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote and hill pincodes can take longer.
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the parcel is collected. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it is issued.
Shipping charges
Charges are calculated at checkout from parcel weight and destination pincode. The amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
Serviceability
A small number of pincodes are not covered by our courier partners. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund the order in full.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected window, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not reached you, write to hello@southpalmer.com with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer parcel and the contents. Couriers will not accept claims after that window, and we need the photographs to file one.
Address accuracy
Please check your address and phone number before completing the order. Our delivery partners call before attempting delivery, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel comes back to us. Parcels returned because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached can be resent at your cost.
