These terms cover your use of this store and any order you place with South Palmer.
Who we are
South Palmer is a brand owned and operated by NorAm World Trade, a food business operating under FSSAI Licence No. 12424999001062, selling across India from southpalmer.com.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — if stock has run out, if the price or description was shown in error, if we cannot deliver to your pincode, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund in full.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is shown separately before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our anjeer is a natural agricultural product that is sun-dried without chemical treatment, so colour, size, softness and taste vary between pieces and between harvests. Photographs show representative fruit, not the exact pieces you will receive.

Storage and use
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the pack sealed. We cannot be responsible for product quality after the pack has been opened and stored outside these conditions.
Allergens
Our product is dried figs with nothing added. It is packed in a facility that handles other dried foods. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Intellectual property
The South Palmer name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to NorAm World Trade and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
