How to use it
Temper in hot ghee or oil until it darkens a shade and stops sizzling hard, then pour over dal. For jeera rice, bloom it first and add the rice on top. Dry roast and grind for raita and chaas.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Best before the date printed on the pack.
