Figs picked at full ripeness and dried on racks in our solar polyhouse. No sulphur, no bleaching agent, no added sugar, no glucose coating. They come out brown because nothing was done to stop that.

Ordering before Diwali
Despatched within two working days. For delivery before Diwali, order at least a week ahead — couriers slow down through the festival.
