White chickpeas. Larger and softer than desi chana, which is why they suit chole and hummus.

How to use it

Soak overnight with a pinch of soda if you want them very soft. Pressure cook five to six whistles. Keep the cooking water for hummus.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Best before the date printed on the pack.
