How to use it
Solidifying below about twenty-four degrees is normal and is not a fault. Stand the tin in warm water to liquefy. Suits raw and low-heat use, where the aroma survives, more than deep frying.
Storage
Keep the tin closed, out of direct sunlight, somewhere cool. Unrefined oil is sensitive to light and heat. Best before the date printed on the pack.
